Pelvic floor dysfunction is a common and important health problems, commonly seen in women and may adversely affect the quality of life. It is known that lifestyle changes are effective in the development and management of this problem. Incontinence (urinary / fecal), pelvic organ prolapse, chronic pelvic pain and sexual dysfunction symptoms are related to pelvic floor dysfunction. Healty lifestyle behaviours are effective in development and management of these symptoms. They must be assessed by health professionals primarily. There are some models using for assessment and development of health behaviors by health professionals. Pender's Health Promotion Model is commonly used in the clinic among those.
