Talent management is expressed as a systematic and dynamic process that discovers, develops and maintains talents. It facilitates the right person to be in the right job at the right time, and talent management practices have the potential to increase organizational success. Talent management is one of the problem areas in many health care organizations. Health care organizations need to incorporate talent planning strategies into their strategic plans to achieve a competitive advantage in today’s healthcare market. In this study, it is aimed to examine the concepts of talent management and strategic talent management in the scale of health care organizations.
