Aım: The aim of this study is to compare the attitudes towards the environment of health management and midwifery students studying in two different Health Sciences Faculty in Turkey. Material and Methods: The data has been collected by using “New Ecological Paradigm Scale” developed by Dunlap, Van Liere, Mertig and Jones (2000) in this study. The universe of this study is all of the students studying in the department of healthcare management and midwifery in Istanbul University and Cumhuriyet University (N=1200). The data collected between November 3rd -14th, 2014 and analysed using basic statistical methods such as t test, factor analysis and frequency, percentage etc. in SPSS 21 package program. The odd numbered questions symbolises the nature-based point of view while even numbered questions represent human-based point of view. Findings: The average age of the students participating in this study is 20.40 ± 2.17 and 28,2 % male, 71.8 % were women. Students with average of centric view of nature is 2,71 at Istanbul University, 3.76 at Cumhuriyet University. The average student in a human centered perspective is 3.18 at Istanbul University, 3.00 at Cumhuriyet University. Three subscales for both university students have been identified as a result of factor analysis. Total factor size and Factor-1 (the power of nature) between the dimensions of gender (women's favor) and section (midwifery students in favor of) was detected significant difference (p<0,05) at Istanbul University. The total size of the factors and sub-dimensions was not detected a significant difference between the sociademographic data on the students (p> 0.05). Result: According to the study, while Istanbul University health management and midwifery students has human-centered perspective; Cumhuriyet University health management and midwifery students has the nature-oriented approach.
