It is important for children who are precious assets in our lives to maintain the prenatal, natal and postnatal period in a healthy way for future generations. Many stages of the fetus during the prenatal period are known and external factors affecting this period are still the subject of research. One of these research subjects is radiation exposed during the intrauterine period. With the developing technologies, the risk of exposure to fetal radiation has also increased. In this case, the nurses who are aiming to protect and develop the health of the individual and the society have great responsibilities. This compilation is intended to raise awareness of the possible damage to the fetus of radiation exposed during the intended pregnancy and to guide health professionals to this issue.
